Order Processing Time

1. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

The package will be sent via Hermes, Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce, Yunexpress or EMS. We will select the carrier with the shortest delivery time based on your billing address.

  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times, this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send a couple of emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you as long as the order has not been processed.

  • How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it without any charge. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll be responsible for shipping charges both ways as well as a 15% restocking fee. If your order is a custom product (including products with your logo or made according to your requirements), it cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

  • What time of the day are orders shipped out?

Our handling and fulfillment center works on processing orders 24/7.

  • Why is my tracking status saying delivered but I have not yet received my packaging?

Normally, your local Post Office will be able to find your package with their wonderful GPS system and the problem should be resolved within the next days. In this case you would need to contact your local Postal Office to make sure that packaging was not left there when no one was home to receive it or was left at your Parcel Locker, for example.

  • How long do you take to answer requests?

We answer in a fast delay of 24 business hours to optimize customer's experience.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For repairs needed within 365 days of purchase, please send an email to info@ipwrprodirect.co.uk.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy:

2. How to initiate a return?

Please email us first at info@ipwrprodirect.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, name, and address. We will then provide instructions and a return address for you to send the product back. All returned items will be inspected to determine if they qualify for a refund. Please ensure the item remains in its original condition—undamaged, unstained, and unused (including the packaging). If the item is damaged due to improper handling, we will refuse the return.

Note: Please do not return items to the original shipping address on the label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to expedite the return process.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

7. How to Exchange?

First e-mail us at info@ipwrprodirect.co.uk and let us know your order number. Explain why you want to exchange and exchange what. Our customer service team will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Note: The item must also be in the original packaging and the receipt must be issued back to us. Please note that you only can exchange for the same product and not another product of different price value.

8. Do I have to pay for the exchange shipping?

1) If you want to exchange an item without any quality problem for exchange, please send an email to us at info@ipwrprodirect.co.uk with your order number details. We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

2) If the item you received has any quality problem, such as wrong or damaged products, you don't need to pay for the shipping of exchange. Just send us an email with your order number details, it will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

3) If the product returned by the customer is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer by mail within two working days to confirm the problem with the customer. If the customer applies for a refund, we will deduct 20% of the order price and give the customer a partial refund.

9. When will I receive my exchange?

We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 5-10 business days to process all orders. Please use the safe logistics company delivery company, and do as we suggest. Usually orders take 5-10 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.
